Two great Alsatian families offer you their sparkling wine to make your pre-dinner drinks a festive moment.
Muré has a wonderful blend (including pinot noir) for a delicious sparkling wine with flavours of apple, vanilla and cinnamon.
You have to go back to 1650 to find the trace of the first Muré who settled in Westhalten to become a winegrower. Today Thomas Muré represents the 12th generation. The cellar is no longer at Westhalten but in Rouffach on a terroir that particularly benefits from an exceptional climate due to the protection provided by the Petit and Grand Ballon mountains in Alsace.
At Hauller, it’s a 100% chardonnay blanc de blanc that provides an elegant sparkling wine with notes of white flowers.
The Hauller family set up as master coopers in the 18th century. It was in the 1970s that the family branched out its activity into wine all while applying the same ambitions: expertise, rigour and precision.
One or the other of the sparkling wines will be served onboard depending on deliveries.
